In Ukraine, for the second year a unique scientific journal “Cell and Organ Transplantatology”, founded and funded by the Institute of Cell Therapy, is being published with the support of the Association of Cryobanks.

The journal is published in 3 languages – Ukrainian, Russian and English, and the editorial board includes leading industry experts from Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the Russian Federation, Belarus, the Netherlands. Editor in chief of the journal “Cell and Organ Transplantatology” is Professor VI Tsymbalyuk, MD, PhD, an academician of NAMS of Ukraine.

Due to the actuality of the topics and quality peer-reviewed process the journal “Cell and Organ Transplantology” is popular not only with national but also foreign scientists. In the journal “Cell and Organ Transplantology” known scientists from the USA, Russia, Poland, Singapore, South Korea repeatedly published their papers.

The journal “Cell and Organ Transplantology” is included in the list of scientific specialized editions of Ukraine in the field of medical / biological sciences (order of Ministry of Education and Science № 1279 of 06.11.2014), as well as in the prestigious international scientometric databases Open Academic Journals Index, Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, Index Copernicus International, International Scientific Indexing and Citefactor.

In 2015, the journal “Cell and Organ Transplantology” was accepted in one more scientometric database – Medical Journal Links headquartered in Northern California. Medical Journal Links’ advantage is that this system enables to calculate the most recent impact factor of the journal.

Presence of the journal in international scientometric databases significantly enhances the status of publications and increases the chances of authors to be read and cited by foreign colleagues.
