Management

The governing bodies of the Association are:

• General Meeting of the Association – the supreme governing body of the Association.
• Board of the Association – a permanent collegial management body, which is composed of the President of the Association and the Vice-Presidents.
• President of the Association – the highest elected position, that is designed to guide the ongoing activities of the Association and chairs the Board of the Association.
• Vice-Presidents of the Association – elected positions, which manage the current activities of the Association in the Board of the Association under the leadership of the Association President.

Currently the Association is governed by:

Sci, Professor of the Department of Hospital Surgery of the Donetsk State Medical University, Director of the International Biotechnology Center “Biostem”, Head of the Laboratory of Cell and Tissue Cultivation of the Gusak Institute of the Urgent and Reconstructive Surgery of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine
	Vice-President of the Association Sergey Segeda Deputy director of the “Emcell” Limited Company
