To ensure the ongoing activities of the Association, the following units are operating on a regular basis:
SECRETARIAT OF THE ASSOCIATION
  • Engaged in office work, maintains the connection between the members and the various departments of the Association.
  • Organises the meetings of the Association members, prepares working papers and reports on current activities.
BOOK-KEEPING DEPARTMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION
  • Conducts accountance of the financial activities of the association
PRESS-CENTER of the ASSOCIATION
  • Maintains communication with media, providing qualified consultations of the leading experts in the industry on issues coming both from the medical community and society as a whole.
  • Informs the media about the new developments in cellular medicine in Ukraine and abroad, including objective experts’ comments regarding resonance cases and scientific discoveries.
  • Conducts educational and outreach work to a proper understanding of the capacity and limitations of current cell therapy by the society, including the possible risks and side effects of this treatment, is struggling with unfair advertising in the industry and the various speculations on the trust of citizens by unscrupulous companies and clinics.
NEWS AND ANALYSIS CENTER of the ASSOCIATION
  • Responsible for the collection and analysis of industry data, including statistical reporting.
  • The functions of the Center includes the preparation of briefing notes, analytical notes and reviews on the world news of the industry.
DEPARTMENT of INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF THE ASSOCIATION
  • Organizes and maintains cooperation with foreign cell therapy centers and cryobanks, as well as with the leading experts of the industry, working in different countries of the world .
  • Organizes specialized consultations of foreign experts on complicated clinical cases for Ukrainian patients, as well as manages the provision of such for foreign centers .
  • Conducts preperation work on joint scientific and clinical research in the field of cell therapy, cryobiology, etc.
  • Organizes international conferences, round tables, workshops and consiliums to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience in this field with foreign counterparts.
